  • I have a team of trainers under my charge who will execute the training and nutrition program I have tailored for you based on our initial consultation.

  • These trainers are personally handpicked by me during my rigorous hiring process by going through various case-studies and physical coaching assessments.

  • They are also continuously mentored by me 1-to-1 in the last few years to ensure they know how to coach safely and effectively. They are already working very close with me on other clients.

  • I am personally responsible for them, and I am still accountable for your progress.

  • All they will do is execute the program effectively - I will still do all the backend work of monitoring progress, planning your training and nutrition, answering all your questions, and holding you accountable!

  • This also means you have 2 pairs of eyes (instead of just me) to watch over you!

1. Goal setting to understand more about your needs and how my team can help you.

2. Assessments of your body shape, vital stats, problem areas, medical history, dietary habits etc. to tailor a individual program for you.

3. Explanation of how my team and I stand out from others and case studies of my success stories.

Fees

  • $100-130 per session for all Homeground Gyms.

  • $10-20 more per session for other locations.
